Select Contracts is a specialised company that designs, builds and operates all types of leisure and entertainment project for their clients. Select Contracts concentrate on being able to take any type of leisure and entertainment project from concept through to completion and ongoing operation.

The company prides itself on being a very valuable development partner to its clients as they can become the clients’ development managers and as such manage the entire development on their behalf. The company is vertically integrated, thereby having all knowledge in house to design the project concept and prepare market studies and business plans, prepare all detailed design documentation, project manage the build out, set up all marketing, branding and sales processes for the project, do all pre-opening management and then operate the project once open on a management contract.

This turnkey approach enables clients to rely on one point of contact through the entire development of their project and also reduces their overall cost by utilising one company throughout to manage all areas of the development.

Since 1978, Select Contracts have only focused on leisure and entertainment projects. Therefore, the types of projects the company is involved with are Hotels, Resorts, Theme Parks, Water Parks, Family Entertainment Centres, Nightclubs, Restaurants, Marinas & Snow Parks.

Select Contracts have offices in Whistler, Dubai, New York and Wales, thereby allowing the company to manage projects in all corners of the Globe effectively.
