Our History

Formed in 1978, Select Contracts has grown into a company that is renowned in the global leisure and entertainment markets. Our unique selling point of providing excellent and knowledgeable turnkey solutions (design:build:operate) has enabled us to grow into the position of strength with which we enjoy today.

We are truly a global company with completed and ongoing projects located throughout the world. We have always concentrated on the leisure and entertainment industry and our project portfolio includes theme parks in the UK; FECs in the Middle East; integrated resorts in the Far East; and snowparks in the America's.

We have specialised in delivering a strategy of aggregating a tight portfolio of expertise instead of trying to be holistic in our approach. It is with this approach that we have managed to grow into today's globally focused company.

Select Contracts is part of the leisure and entertainment parent company Sutton Holdings International, whose board takes a keen interest in the development and execution of our continued growth.
