Conceptual design and brand development
The design phase commences with the development of a brand and brand strategy that is implemented throughout the resulting conceptual and detailed designs. A major factor in our ability to deliver consistently excellent work is our understanding of how the application of a brand guides and shapes a project.
The creative process that delivers conceptual documents, masterplans and renderings is all as a result of brand development. The design output of this area will give the client a masterplan or footprint of the project as well as a component matrix to ascertain the best use of space and renderings of the project.
Market and business plans
During this phase our experienced professionals spend time understanding the social and economic mechanics of the market in order to deliver a comprehensive market study that forms the basis of the business plan. This plan outlines the capital expenditure required as well as providing an in-depth cost and revenue plan, to ascertain the financial feasibility and expected ROI of the project.
Detailed and schematic design
Our development and project managers will oversee the transition of the concepts into detailed and schematic design during this phase.
