Fiona Sutton – Chairman

Fiona is a civil/mechanical engineer by degree and brings a wealth of worldwide construction experience including hospitals, theme parks, hotels, leisure resorts, water parks and indoor entertainment centres. She also brings international business and operations experience to the company with particular emphasis on management, budget, commerciality and programme planning and control.

She is crucial in guiding the company through a controlled expansion process to provide a greater level of service to the company’s leisure, entertainment, sport and tourism clients and prospects. Utilising her excellent project management skills and 28 years of entrepreneurial business experience with Select Contracts, she is constantly developing strategic alliances with like minded companies thereby enhancing the array of services and professional expertise that the company can provide to its vast base of global clients.


Chris Sutton –Chief Executive Officer

Chris’ background in leisure operations stands him in good stead as he drives the company forward from its headquarters in Dubai. He is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the company’s global development strategy and ensuring that key market sectors and geographical areas are fully realised.
Chris also believes in a hands on approach to client relationships and actively manages the company’s key clients personally. He is involved in every major project and ensures that the each and every aspect of the project is controlled in relation to cost, delivery and client expectation.
