Our History

Formed in 1978, Select Contracts has grown into a company that is renowned in the global leisure and entertainment markets. Our USP of providing excellent and knowledgeable turnkey solutions (design:build:operate) has enabled us to grow into the position of strength we enjoy today.

Our projects are dotted around the globe and include a theme park in the UK, various FECs in the Middle East and larger integrated resorts in Asia. We have specialised in delivering a strategy of aggregating a tight portfolio of expertise instead of trying to be holistic in our approach. It is with this approach that we have managed to grow into today’s globally focussed company.

Nowadays we are part of the leisure and entertainment parent company Sutton Holdings International, whose board takes a keen interest in the development and execution of the next phase of our growth.
