It is our turnkey contract that allows us to act as the client’s developer and we take on the responsibility for delivering all design requirements, value engineering and managing the budget as well as appointing and managing all of the consultants and contractors. As the project is progressing on-site, our operations team start to plan the pre-opening and continuing operational requirements.
